Will food be available at the event?

We will be serving 3 reasonably-priced vegetarian meals a day

Can I sleep at the conference?

Given capacity concerns, at this point we can ensure that all presenters will have the opportunity to engage in the overnight dream workshops of the event. For the public we are asking them to fill our a simple registration form (available upon online registration) which we will use to hopefully give everyone who wants to sleep over the opportunity to do so.

Will the conference be in English or French?

The majority of our presenters will be presenting in English. However, we are doing our best to provide French translation services for each panel.

Is the conference accessible for the less mobile? |
The Darling Foundry's ground floor is accessible for wheelchair and the less mobile via a small ramp at the entrance. Unfortunately, the first and second floor can only be accessed by two flights of stairs. Some programming over the course of the conference will be held on these two floors, however at least two thirds will occur on the ground floor.
